Where does Clips run?
On your own computer, opened in your browser. Your video and audio files and the clips generated stay on your device.
What does Clips access on TikTok?
Your basic profile (name and avatar) to show which account you are using, and the right to upload a clip as a draft or post it when you confirm. Nothing else. Details in the Privacy Policy.
Can I disconnect my account?
Yes, at any time in Clips, which deletes the stored access. You can also revoke access in TikTok: Settings and privacy, Security, Manage app permissions.
