Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Clips (the "Service"), published by The great ("we", "us"). By using the Service you accept them. Contact: therm.firm.8i@icloud.com.

1. The Service

Clips helps music artists turn their own music videos or tracks into short vertical clips (cutting, lyrics, framing) and share them to their own TikTok account through TikTok's official APIs.

2. Your content and rights

• You may only process videos, audio, lyrics and images that you own or that you are authorised to use (for example, as the artist or with the artist's written consent).
• You keep all rights to your content. You grant us only the permissions needed to process it for you.
• You are solely responsible for the content you share and must comply with TikTok's Terms of Service, Community Guidelines and Music Usage Confirmation.

3. TikTok account

Connecting a TikTok account authorises Clips to act on that account only for the actions you trigger: reading your basic profile (name, avatar), uploading a clip as a draft or posting it after your explicit confirmation. You can disconnect an account at any time in Clips, and revoke access in your TikTok settings.

4. Acceptable use

You must not use the Service to share content you have no rights to, to spam, to mislead, to harass, or to break any law or TikTok policy. We may suspend access in case of abuse.

5. Availability and liability

The Service is provided "as is", without warranty. We are not liable for indirect damages, for decisions taken by TikTok (moderation, limits, account actions) or for content you share. Nothing in these terms limits liability where the law does not allow it.

6. Changes

We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version. Continued use means you accept the updated terms.
